24KG ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS: Experience the versatility of our 24kg Adjustable Dumbbells, a premium solution that eliminates the clutter of 30 separate free weights. With 15 adjustable weight levels per dumbbell, ranging from 2.5kg (5.5lbs) to 24kg (53lbs), simply rotate the dial to seamlessly switch between intensities. Paired with the included bench in this bundle, these dumbbells unlock a myriad of exercises to elevate your strength and conditioning journey.

P1400 ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT BENCH: Unlike most standard fitness benches the P1400 features three fully-adjustable settings: seat (3 positions); back incline (7 positions- including decline) and foot support (3 positions). With an impressive combination of 13 possible adjustment positions, this weight bench is easy to adapt to a wide range of exercise and training plans. Designed from sweatproof PU leather padding filled with dense foam, this weight bench features a support cushion so you can get in better position when training specific exercises.

7FT ESSENTIAL OLYMPIC BARBELL (20KG / 2200mm) : Introducing our 7ft Essential Barbell, meticulously crafted for peak performance. Boasting knurled grip and IPF knurl marks, along with bronze brushing for optimal spin, this barbell features a chromed shaft and sleeves for durability. With a 41cm foldable sleeve enabling a maximum weight of 320kg, this barbell is ideal for powerlifting competition lifts, squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.

37.5KG ESSENTIAL WEIGHT PLATES: This Home Gym Bundle includes 2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg Tri-Grips as well as 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg RPM Power Essential Bumper Plates. These plates are suitable for movements such as squats and bench presses etc, they are not designed to be consistently dropped – please see our Range of Elite Plates which are suitable for dropping.

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.
