Introducing the latest addition to our Norse Range of power racks – the ‘Ragnar’ Dual Stack Multi-Gym Rack. Named after the legendary king and hero in Norse mythology – ‘Ragnar’, this rack embodies the spirit of it’s mythological counterpart – a Norse legend known for his extraordinary adventures and feats. Just like the renowned Norse hero, this multigym rack offers a versatile array of exercise options, empowering you to embark on your own fitness quest, whether at home or in a commercial setting.
The Difference between the ‘Ragnar’ Ultimate Multi-Gym Bundle and our standard Ragnar rack is that our bundle edition includes our U4200 commercial weight bench, 107.5kg worth of essential bumper weight plates an essential 7ft Olympic Barbell & Barbell Collars & Barbell Pad.
“Ragnar” Multi-Gym features a squat rack with adjustable j-hooks & spotter arms, two adjustable pin-loaded cable pulleys with 130kgs on each stack (260kg Total), adjustable dual cable crossover system, landmine attachment, adjustable spotter arms, lateral pull-down, adjustable pull-up handles, 6 weight plate storage pegs, extra large foot board, adjustable j-hooks, adjustable knee cushion & seat.
- 260KG OF LIFTING POWER:Â Featuring 2 x 130kg weight stacks on each side of the multi-gym, ‘Ragnar’ offers the user an incredible amount of weightlifting options to choose from. Selective in weight increments of 5-130kg per stack, the versatility of this multigyms lifting options are unmatched.
- 2:1 Weight Ratio: The weight ratio is 2-1 on the pulley system & weights stacks on this machine, the design of the Ragnar multigym pulley system means that selecting 100kg provides resistance equivalent to lifting 50kg
- DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: The Ragnar multigym rack offers a dual stack of weighted plates increasing in increments of 5kg and maxing out at an impressive 130kg per stack (260kg total). The dual cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower the weight, allowing the user to utilise two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. Use the single hand pulley adjustment handles to easily fix multiple heights based on your chosen exercise.
- LAT PULL DOWNS: ‘Ragnar’ multigym ensures you achieve a full range of motion to optimise your lat pull down movements. The lat pulldown bar clips onto the cable system at the top of the rack as an attachment contributing to the functionality and convince of this machine. An adjustable knee cushion and seat are also included to provide additional support to your workout.
- ADJUSTABLE PULL-UP HANDLES: This multigym features a unique pull-up handles system with two adjustable pull-up handles featuring at the top of the rack. Positioned at the top of the rack, these unique handles can be horizontally adjusted, allowing you to seamlessly switch between wide grip pull-ups and close-range pull-ups. This design ensures a comprehensive upper-body workout by targeting a diverse range of muscles.
- WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE:Â Featuring 6 Olympic style weight plate pegs for plate storage, you can easily store an incredible amount of bumper plates on this multigym. Each peg has a weight capacity of 150kg, so you can store approximately 900kg of weight plates on this rack (compatible with 2″ plates).
- LANDMINE ATTACHMENT: With ‘Ragnar’ featuring a built in landmine attachment on it’s base, easily enjoy a full 360 degree swivel, allowing you to achieve a full range of motion with the landmine sleeve attachment. Add multi-directional exercises such as hip thrusters, core twists, anti rotations & drives to your workout. As well as the basics; squats, rows, deadlifts, RDL’s, lunges and presses.
U4200 COMMERCIAL WEIGHT BENCH: Precision-engineered from an 11-gauge steel frame, this exceptional bench boasts an extensive range of incline and seat positions. With an impressive array of options, including 10 back positions spanning from 0 to 85 degrees and 3 seat positions at 0, 15, and 30 degrees, you can effortlessly select your desired inclines and declines. Choose from a total range of inclines & declines with total comfort in your range of training. Precision made from 11-gauge steel, the U4200 Bench has a weight capacity of 400kg.
ESSENTIAL 7FT OLYMPIC BARBELL (20KG): The RPM Power Essential Olympic Barbell, 7ft in length, is designed for versatile home training, handling squats, bench presses, and various presses. Its diamond knurling pattern ensures a comfortable grip, with a center knurl for squat stability. The bar, compatible with 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates, features a chrome finish for durability and a sleek appearance. With a maximum weight capacity of 320kg, it’s suitable for powerlifting and diverse strength training programs.
107.5KG ESSENTIAL WEIGHT PLATES: Combining light tri-grip weight plates (2 x 1.25kg & 2 x 2.5kg) with our Essential bumper plates, these hard wearing bumper plates are the ideal training plates for explosive barbell exercises such as squats, cleans, snatch, overhead press, and deadlifts, utilizing multiple muscle groups at once unlike machine weights. 100% rubber, you can lift and drop without fear of damage or marking your home gym floor. The ultra dense rubber polymer construction protects the weights, barbell, and the floor from damage.
