Diamond etched matrix patterns on the handles provide maximum grip during use, whether gently rehabilitating an injury or simply working your way up the range to build crushing grip strength. The matte black anodised steel springs provide smooth, progressive resistance as you squeeze and are rated as follows:
- 50lb & 100lb – for warming up and loosening out tight muscles or for gentle rehabilitation following an arm or wrist injury
- 150lb & 200lb – for intermediate grip strength training and/or late stage rehabilitation of arm / wrist injuries
- 250lb – elite level resistance for experienced trainers and athletes
- 300lb & 350lb – strong & x-strong; demanding the highest possible forearm muscle / grip strength to squeeze, we recommend extensive training with lower level models before attempting to close these two units
SUITABILITY: Pink & Purple are suitable for Warm up/ Rehabilitation & Beginners meaning those who have some to no experience in specifically grip training. Blue & Red are a challanging step up and require a stong, medium to advanced grip to close them. Black is suitable for advanced level grip strength trainers. Silver & Gold are suitable for those with an expert level grip strength meaning those who consistently train specifically grip strength. Furthermore, its always reccommended to start with a lighter resistence gripper as a warm up. Following consistant and regular training with a gripper suitable to your current grip strenght needs, you will begin to see your grip strength increase over a short period of time, it is at this point we reccommed attempting the next level up.
