NEEDLE BEARINGS: Olympic Barbells with bearings have a much a smoother rotation for friction free movement, therefore are better for Olympic style lifts than bars with bushings. Our precision Needle Bearing that is substantially larger, stronger and higher load rated than conventional bearings found in cheaper bars. Needle Bearings allow the bar sleeve spin unrestricted at all loads and have a smooth feel with no play up and down on the bar shaft. 4-needle bearings (2 each sleeve) means a smooth spin and greater rotation for optimal performance. 

MOUNTAIN KNURL GRIP- Barbell diamond knurling pattern on the shaft of Olympic Barbells increases grip for a non-abrasive feel. Powerlifting knurl marks are spaced the same distance as an IPF standard competition bar, giving you the ability to maintain proper grip position as you progress. No center knurling for maximum comfort while doing cleans or back squats without irritation to your neck. 

MAX LIFT 230KG- The 24.5cm loadable sleeve length on both sides allows for greater plate loading up to a maximum weight of 230kg. These bars are a comfortable 28mm diameter for comfortable movement in your hand a greater grip. This highly durable bar is great for explosive exercises such as clean & snatch, also squats, bench press and deadlifts, utilising multiple muscle groups at once unlike machine weights.

Larger products weighing over 35kg, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes and heavy dumbbells are delivered via pallet which is always untracked.
