Kratos Multi-Gym Bundle
The first arrival of our Norse Range of power racks is the ‘Kratos’ Dual Stack Multi-Gym Rack. Kratos is the god of power and strength in Norse and Greek mythology, which is a reflected in this power rack covering all the bases needed for power and strength.
The Difference between the ‘Kratos’ Ultimate Multi-Gym Bundle and our standard ‘Kratos’ Ultimate Multi-Gym Elite Bundle is that the Elite edition includes an additional 7ft Olympic Barbell & Elite Weight Plates instead of Essential Weight Plates
“Kratos” Multi-Gym features a smith rail, two adjustable pin-loaded cable pulleys with 70kgs on each stack (140kg Total), a leg press, a lat pull down attachment including an adjustable knee cushion, a landmine attachment with a T-Bar barbell as well as a dip station and multi-grip pull up bar.
- SMITH MACHINE: The built in Smith Machine is a self-balancing barbell that ensures ultimate safety as you lift. Equipped with guide rods, you don’t have to worry about balancing the barbell as the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for more effective isolation exercise, increased stability and safer lifting. Catch rods are spaced 13cm apart along the rail and allow the safety hook to be rotated over them at any point in the exercise to prevent the barbell from falling and safe spotting.
- DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: This multi-functional rack offers a dual stack of weighted plates increasing in increments of 5kg and maxing out at an impressive 70kg per stack. The dual cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower the weight, allowing the user to utilise two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. Use the single hand pulley adjustment handles to easily fix at 16 different heights (per side). These cables some with a barbell attachment bar, lat pull down bar, 2 handle grips.
- 1 -1 Weight Ratio: The weight ratio is 1-1 on the pulley system & weights stacks on this machine, the unique design of the Kratos pulley system means that you are lifting the exact weight you are selecting. Many other cable machines due to the set up of the pulley system have a 2-1 ratio so you only are lifting 50% of the weight you select. This is very common on machines where the weight stacks are situated on the sides of machines. Sometimes heavier stacks do not mean heavier weight lifting options.
- LAT PULL DOWNS: The multi-functional rack ensures you achieve a full range of motion to optimise your lat pull down movements. The lat pulldown bar clips onto the cable pulley device as an attachment contributing to the functionality and convince of this machine. An adjustable knee cushion is also included to provide additional support to your workout.
- DIP STATION AND PULL UP BAR: Two adjustable dip handles are included with the multi-functional rack which can easily be removed when needed. The pull up bar accommodates four grip positions for varying your pull ups. Both the dip station and the pull up bar handles provide the user with an anti-slip surface, ensuring perfect grip.

100KG ESSENTIAL BUMPER WEIGHT PLATES: These hard wearing bumper plates are the ideal training plates for explosive barbell exercises such as squats, cleans, snatch, overhead press, and deadlifts, utilizing multiple muscle groups at once unlike machine weights. The ultra dense rubber polymer construction of these weight plates protects the barbell.

**Please note: The weight plates that come with this bundle are essential weight plates, and are not suited to dropping / slamming. Please select our elite weight plates option if you intend to perform exercises that involve dropping the weight plates.
