7FT ESSENTIAL OLYMPIC BARBELL (20KG / 2200mm) : Introducing our 7ft Essential Barbell, meticulously crafted for peak performance. Boasting knurled grip and IPF knurl marks, along with bronze brushing for optimal spin, this barbell features a chromed shaft and sleeves for durability. With a 41cm foldable sleeve enabling a maximum weight of 320kg, this barbell is ideal for powerlifting competition lifts, squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
37.5KG TRI-GRIP PLATES: This Home Gym Bundle includes 2 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg RPM Power TRI-GRIP Plates. These plates are suitable for movements such as squats and bench presses etc, they are not designed to be consistently dropped – please see our Range of Elite Plates which are suitable for dropping.
 WEIGHT BENCH – The adjustable gym bench is made with steel, a moisture-resistant leather panel and anti-slip rubber feet. This bench has 9 backrest positions, including 6 incline bench, 1 flat bench and 2 decline bench positions. The weight bench also has 4 adjustable seat levels for inclined movements.
