We aim to dispatch all orders Monday to Friday (except public and national holidays) within 24 hours. Larger products weighing over 35kg, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes and heavy dumbbells are delivered via pallet which is always untracked. Please find more information on pallet deliveries: Pallet Information Shipping delays may happen during peak shopping seasons (Christmas etc.) make sure to allow for greater lead time around these periods.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.
