The RPM Power Adjustable Squat Stand and Dip Bar is a multi-functional piece of exercise equipment designed for powerful home workouts where space is at a premium. A great alternative to a Power Rack – dip, squat or bench, conveniently fits in any room and easily tidies away.

EASILY ADJUSTABLE – The RPM Power Adjustable Squat Stand is fully adjustable for maximum workout potential. Customise your training and switch between 13 rack levels (100~158cm height), 10 width adjustments (73~120cm width) and 5 spotter levels (5cm gaps). Easily adjust in seconds with the simple pop-pin mechanism.

SQUAT BENCH, DIP – Designed for a wide variety of training exercises, including squats, bench press, overhead press, shrugs and dips. Utilise the full potential of the Squat Stand for a full-body workout in your own living room. The heavy-duty 50mm steel tube frame allows for 1″ & 2″ Olympic barbell bars to be used with the rack.

REINFORCED STEEL – A sturdy and stable base for all forms of strength training, the Squat Stand is made of strong reinforced steel. The spotter arms hold up to 150kg and weight plates can be added to the rear storage poles for maximum stability and convenience.
